ABSTRACT

This study examines the effect of the satisfaction and trust among the supply chain members on commitment and the effect of commitment on social capital, The main purpose is to demonstrate the relationship structure of satisfaction and trust, commitment and social capital through mediating effect of bond between satisfaction and trust and social capital, The hypotheses were established and the results were as follows. First, satisfaction and trust were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on economic commitment and emotional commitment. And economic commitment has a positive (+) significant effect on structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital. Emotional commitment has a positive (+) effect on structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital. Finally, economic commitment and emotional commitment were tested to play a role as a partial parameter between satisfaction and trust and social capital. This study explores and explains the structural relationship between satisfaction and trust, economic commitment, emotional commitment and social capital. Raising the level of satisfaction and trust can improve economic commitment and emotional commitment, and enhancing economic commitment and emotional commitment can lead to structural and relational, and social capital as cognitive capital.
