ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to examine the effective factors of needs of inclusive education program based on link program between separate special school and general school. The questionnaire were developed based on five categories; gender, experiences of teaching inclusive education class, and years of teaching experiences. Regarding the questionnaire including 25 questions with five sub-categories of this questionnaire were a) inclusive education program, b)teacher expertises, c) running inclusive education class, d) administrative support,and e) building cooperative team distributed to special school located in Kyonggido. With the 235 special education teachers using 5-point-likert, F-test was conduced on five sub-categories. The findings suggested that as a whole without distinguishing the variables, negative on all sub-categories and especially building cooperative team area be seen the most negative among the five sub-categories.
