ABSTRACT

Korea has been incredibly developed with international trading volume, trading dealing system and in the field of information technology. On the other side, under the situation of the transferring to digital economic era based on Internet access in the world, Korean government and civil organizations have invested and made a lot of effort for 10 years to innovate international trade process. However, despite of these type of actual practice, in the academic world, they have mainly studied e-Trade activation, outcomes, utilization and effectiveness. Most of theses concerned with e-Trade utilizations and outcomes are indicated with low social contribution and view, because they have similar contents of the functions with research model and individual fact under theory of Innovation diffusion and theory of reasoned action. Therefore, this thesis changed and brought about a primary factor the quality of e-Trade service through research of records at the current point of settlement and high growth in Korean e-Trade service business for 10 years. Research surveys were conducted to based on the factors. User awareness were investigated. Frequency analysis and IP analysis also recognizes the user's level and the problems and their solutions presented.
