ABSTRACT
Modern society which is characterized in multiformity and specialization exposed to it's limitation that is difficulty to solve moral problematic situation, mere by which apply traditional moral norm and moral principle to that. In addition to this, humans's ration which is believed to a motive power of social development, now, , is a target of criticism to cover the whole field of education includes in moral education. Because rationality has, on the contrary, brought about many abuses. However, the subject of criticism is not rationality in itself but instrumental or strategic rationality. Therefore, this essay is intended to show that the communicative ethics which is grounded on Habermas's communicative rationality is new model of rationality and through this, to suggest a alternative direction to elementary moral education. At the end, elementary moral instruction model which is based on Habermas's ideal communicative state.
